Garfield was so right! I feel like I'm morphing into a different species. I have a SUPER strict diet where I eat the same things for 2 weeks straight then change it up to boost up my metabolism and of course eat less which is suppose to be normal! Apparently everyone should be eating 5 meals, fruits and veggies and a small portion of meat or fish. I am so thirsty for sugary, crispy, oily, eeeee can't have ANY.
I've already cheated once in 2 weeks and will have to cheat again this Sunday but then it's back on track. It's pretty hard but feels great. I've already lost 10 lbs and hopefully I can take 20 more off before the Holidays................so then I can eat terrible, awful, sinful, delicious food!!!
